We realize on a daily basis that the world of precision machining, in which we have been operating for years, is constantly changing, and we are aware of how crucial it is to have a relaxed, positive and collaborative working atmosphere.
In fact, we believe that the achievement of company goals is also guaranteed by proper team building.

With Team Building, we at Millltech we are not talking about a simple team building phase and – therefore – a set of people placed side by side working together. Ours is a way of life applied also and especially in the world of precision machining. A true modus vivendi that coincides with that operandi, in which the team is called upon to always be attentive to interactions, listening, sharing, and trusting one’s own work and that of others. All these aspects are essential for building solid bonds in Milltech and for assuring victories.
